Here is what Former Federal Judge Lewis offered as Truth against the FactFreeh Fiction 

Tim Lewis, a former federal judge and federal prosecutor, and an attorney for Spanier, called the report a "blundering and indefensible indictment" of the ex-president.

"There is nothing ... full or complete about the Freeh report as it applies to Dr. Spanier," Lewis said.

He called the Freeh report "a myth."

But that made it easy for Louis Freeh to further prejudice us with his report saying Schultz tried to hide a "secret file" or leaking email that supposedly supported the claims of the prosecution.

In my last post, I concluded, based on the evidence, that Joe Paterno, Graham Spanier, Tim Curley, and Gary Schultz were not provided with frequent updates on the 1998 investigation.  In this post, I will demonstrate that the Freeh Report’s assumption that “Coach is believed to be Paterno” (page 49) is incorrect  (excerpt follows).

I'm willing to let the determination of the authenticity of the Freeh Report exhibits to the document forensics and computer forensics experts and put my focus back on analyzing information and determining if Freeh's findings can be supported by the evidence in his report.

Let's take a look back at the evidence that erased 111 wins from the record book back to 1998 -- that PSU officials were aware of a child sexual abuse investigation of Sandusky and were continuously updated on the investigation's progress.

We want to explore another avenue concerning the emails used in the factFREEH Fiction. This information needs forensic analysis from a qualified computer lab like the FBI's digital forensics and we are calling for the Feds to step in and do that analysis. If this email has been tampered with the State Government is too conflicted to do a competent and fair analysis since the Attorney General Linda Kelly has proven herself untrustworthy with her prosecution of Curley and Schultz and her blatant Lie in the Grand Jury Presentment.

The FactFreeh Fiction contains several examples of the most egregious stretching of slim "evidence" to construct absurd conclusions that Joe Paterno and PSU were culpable in covering up for Jerry Sandusky.

Louis Freeh, who failed to perform due diligence in tracing the banknotes in the FIFA investigation, has likely bungled the Sandusky Sex Scandal Investigation. 

Disgraced former FBI director, Louis Freeh has done it again.  Screwed up another investigation.

Freeh decided it was a better option to concoct a story about a "secret file" that S-VP Gary Schultz had "concealed" in his office than it was to ditch it so no one would ever know the details of the first day of the investigation.
